Francisco Cardona grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut, and has built a legal career marked by dedication, leadership, and community service. A graduate of the Western New England School of Law, he has been licensed to practice in Connecticut since 2010 and has more than a decade of experience representing clients in family law, personal injury, and criminal defense.
He began his legal career several years before Law School – at a major law firm in Hartford. Here he gained a strong foundation in litigation and case preparation. He later joined a private Hartford law firm, advancing from paralegal to attorney and eventually managing the entire office. His leadership and drive ultimately led him to establish his own practice, Complete Service Law (CS Law), based in Darien.
Before founding his firm, Francisco broadened his experience internationally by working for two years in Norway as a consultant in the energy industry, an experience that gave him a global perspective and sharpened his problem-solving skills.
In addition to his practice, Francisco serves part-time as a Hearing Officer for the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, where he presides over DUI-related cases. He is also a board member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Connecticut and an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Community service has always been central to Francisco’s work. For almost a decade, he has given classes and speeches at St. Joseph’s Parenting Center in Stamford, supporting families through education and mentorship. He has received recognition, including an Outstanding Service Award from the Darien Community Association, for his volunteer teaching, pro bono representation, and commitment to making legal help accessible to the community. He has also been active in broader community initiatives, including helping to organize the Stamford Health Fair, an event offering free health screenings and services to uninsured residents.
Francisco’s commitment to clients is reflected in the many five-star Google reviews he has received, praising his professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. These testimonials, along with his broad experience and community leadership, reflect a lawyer who is trusted both in and outside the courtroom.
